Internal stair case with standard MS grill and Hand rails (as per Kristal design), if waterproofing on terrace.Maximum number of doors to be 8 nos., for built up area of 1200 Sft.

Elevation, as per Kristal Group Architects Design (Clients modifications at extra cost, subjected to technically feasibility).

Water Supply

Water supply will be supplied from captive bore-well.Electricity would be provided from the internal transformer. Over Head Tank of 500 ltr. capacity will be provided as standard f or individual villas.Sump tank is not  provided as standard.15 mm dia and 20 mm dia ISI Brand class B G.I.
